Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the QR code provided at your nearest drop-off point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our Amsterdam warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
